All Priorities

Traffic & Transit

Action, not more studies.

Year One

  1. 1.Request signal timing and turning-movement reviews at Ward 6's worst peak-hour intersections.
  2. 2.Set a 10-business-day response standard in my own office for every traffic concern raised by a resident.
  3. 3.Push OC Transpo for real reliability data on Ward 6 routes and report it publicly.

Long-Term — Plans I'll Push Forward

  1. 1.Push for a public construction communications plan on every major road project already in the City's capital pipeline — clear detour routes, business access, and school bus routing, shared with residents well ahead of time, not discovered the week the equipment shows up.
  2. 2.Advocate for better transit connections to where people actually work and to the wider network, and be honest with residents about where that advocacy stands with OC Transpo and Council — including when the answer is no.
  3. 3.Fight for transit service that works for people who have no other option — seniors, students, and families who can't afford a second car — with real evening, weekend, and winter reliability built into future service plans, not just peak-hour buses.
